Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ElevatedLegacy.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

After your orders are processed, you will immediately get an email with tracking information so you can watch your product all the way into your home.

When ordering during the weekday, Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm CST, we work very hard to get your order processed within one day. Which puts our average shipping time from the click of your order button, to the product showing up at your door, within 3-5 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone and let you know immediately.

During very special promotions, for example, if we thought 100 products would be sold of an item, and 1,000 products of that item were purchased. Then we'll need to make another wholesale order, which can take 1-3 weeks to restock, due to the fact we are working wholesale deals and prices to get you the best price we can every day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship to every United States location USPS & UPS can reach.

ElevatedLegacy.com ships to addresses within the United States.

We are working hard to open up other countries in the very near future.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ElevatedLegacy.com is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order.

Damages

ElevatedLegacy.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
